"TK" Decking / Framing
When the contractor needs a blade that will zip through pressure treated decking lumber or other framing materials faster than lightning, then Freud's "TK" Decking Blade is the one that all professional contactors should have. Once you have seen this blade cut rough framing lumber, dripping wet .40 pressure treated lumber, or other decking material, you will accept no other. This blade also brings a level of safety seldom found on the construction site. The 16 teeth allow for a fast cut while the Anti-Kickback Design reduces the effects of kickbacks associated with over feeding. This blade is the thinnest in the "TK" line and this super thin kerf requires less cutting po4wer both from you and the saw. This gives you more control over the cut for safer and faster operation. this will also increase your saws life which is another cost saving advantage for the "TK" series. On hand held portable saws, the super thin kerf reduces the force required to move the saw through the wood. This means you do not have to work as hard to get the job done.
